Frequently asked questions
Will an application appear as a holding immediately?
Application acceptance and position creation are separate stages. Check the subscription order status first. Once the position is completed, review it in the appropriate holdings and history screens.
Can I sell at the displayed reference price?
A reference price is not a guaranteed sale price. Availability and the actual sale price depend on the offering's conditions and the circumstances at the time of sale.
