Stock prices and product valuations can change and fall below the amount invested. Company performance, market conditions and economic or social developments may affect prices.
Different currencies
JPY and USD assets are displayed in their respective currencies. When converting to another currency, exchange-rate changes affect the converted value or amount received.
Orders and access to funds
Order execution
A limit order may only execute when its price and other conditions are met. A displayed reference price does not confirm execution. Market conditions and trading hours also affect orders.
Available funds
Orders, subscriptions and payments may reserve funds. Distinguish your total balance from the amount currently available to use.
Product-specific conditions
AI trading
Using AI trading does not guarantee a profit. Check the effective trading date, end time, restrictions during the session and when holdings details are released.
IPOs and block trades
The quantity requested may differ from the quantity allocated. Review the payment deadline, reserved funds and treatment after allocation for each offering.
Funds
Review each fund's term, return calculation, access to funds after subscription and settlement conditions. Do not judge future results solely from a displayed curve or past figures.
Display and connection status
Network or system conditions may delay screens or actions. If an order's result is unclear, avoid submitting it again. Check the order history and then contact support to clarify its status.
